At Freqs of Love, healing isn't transactional, it's transformational.
This isn’t a place for “quick fixes” or spiritual bypassing. It’s a place to feel deeply, soften into the body, and move energy with reverence and intention.

What HAPPENS DURING A REIKI SESSION?
No two Reiki sessions are ever the same. A Reiki practitioner channels the Universal life force (Reiki) energy to the client. Each session meets the client with the direct and precise energy that is needed for that moment. Additional frequency healing modalities may be used, if desired by the client or as instructed through intuitive signals. Many people report feeling deep relaxation, even dozing off, or a profound sense of calm or clarity. Some may feel the energy flowing through them as a tingling, gentle rush, or temperature change, or even dramatic visualization. Some sensations may be more subtle. All sensations are normal, honored, and welcome.
Reiki is a supportive energy healing technique, but is not a substitute or formal treatment for medical care or professional mental health.
HOW ARE REIKI SESSIONS HELD?
All services offered are Reiki-infused from the start. Reiki is a beautiful form of energy healing that works with your body’s own natural intelligence. It gently clears energetic stagnation, calms the nervous system, and helps reconnect you with your inner rhythm: physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
At Freqs of Love, Reiki is not performed on you, it flows with you. Each session is guided by intuition, intention, and your unique energy in the moment. The beauty of Reiki is that it works in the quantum space, and is just as potent and powerful at a distance as it is in person! While formally shared with the world in the early 1900s, it has been practiced throughout the millennia in different forms. How lucky are we that we get to experience it in this very lifetime?! Reiki energy works with the intention of helping a client for their highest good, in the way that is exactly right for them, and can only bring light and alignment; never harm.
Helpful in advance: Coming with an intention is key, so be sure to sit with yourself for a moment prior to the session to get familiar with what you might need in that moment. If it doesn’t come to you right away, don’t fret! We can work on that together before we begin.
What do virtual sessions look like?
Reiki Sessions are via Zoom or FaceTime (Audio or Video). I encourage you to make yourself and your space as cozy as possible, offering additional props like pillows or blankets for comfort. You don’t need a special setup to receive Reiki. You can lay comfortably on a bed, couch, the floor, or sit in a chair, as long as your body can find rest.
I recommend allowing a few moments before and after the Reiki session for relaxation and quiet initial integration. Feel free to add to the remote experience in your own space by safely lighting candles or incense, playing music, or using essential oils that relax you. An intention, open heart and mind, and your beautiful soul is all that’s required for receiving. I look forward to working with you soon!
